Who we are

fotoaman (fotoaman.manabisa.com and the fotoaman app) is operated by PT MANABISA HARAPAN TEKNOLOGI (MANABISA HARAPAN TEKNOLOGI). These terms add to Manabisa's Terms of Service, which apply to every Manabisa product, including who we are, our liability, and the law that governs them. By using fotoaman you agree to both.

The service

fotoaman backs up and stores your photos, videos and audio, and lets you open, play and download them from the app and from the web. The apps for Android and iPhone are coming soon to Google Play and the App Store.

Your account

• Use an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including anything done with the access tokens you create. Revoke a token you no longer need.

Your files

• Your files stay yours. You give us permission only to store them, to make the smaller copies that let you browse them, and to show and send them to you and to the tools you connect with an access token.
• Store only what you have the right to store. Do not store anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or software meant to cause harm.
• We may remove such material, suspend or close an account that breaks the law or these terms, and report it to the authorities when the law requires it.

Storage and plans

• Every account starts on the free plan: 5 GB of storage, with files up to 50 MB each. Larger plans offer up to 2 TB, with files up to 500 MB. The current plans and prices are on the fotoaman home page.
• If your files reach your plan's storage limit, new uploads stop until you free space or change plan. We never delete your files because you are over a limit.
• Paid plans are not on sale yet. When the apps launch, they will be sold as subscriptions in the app, through Google Play and the App Store, under those stores' terms for billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

Keeping your files safe

We store every original as you uploaded it and work to keep it safe and available, but no service can promise never to lose data. Keep another copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Deleting

• Deleting a file moves it to the trash, where you can restore it for 30 days. Files in the trash do not count toward your storage. After 30 days they are deleted for good; on the web you can also delete one forever, or empty the trash, sooner. A file deleted for good cannot be recovered.
• You can delete your account in the app, under Settings. Your files and account data are then deleted permanently, as the Privacy page describes.

Changes

We may change fotoaman and these terms. If a change matters to how you use fotoaman, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Questions: support@manabisa.com.
